I think Khan can beat JMM. Khan vs JMM at 147 for the title would have been great but JMM and Pac rematch needs to happen again ASAP.

JMM's half stepping back was the reason for that. A masterful display of gameplan, counter punching and generalship from JMM.

How did you score the fight?

For me i don't care to see a rematch i know JMM is the better fighter of the two. He won the last two bouts for me and last night clearly then II fight.

I agree, people say Khan cant make adjustments, he really never needs to most times and has only lost once.

Last night Khan was talking some good sense and saying what Manny had to do and Khan was the one who pointed out that JMM was taking that little step back and setting up the 1-2, think Khan is smarter than what people think and when the time comes in the fight to make an adjustment I think he can make it.

    JMM wins.

Khan went life and death with a one-dimensional banger, JMM would cause him problems once he adapts to Khan's speed.

Khan needs to step up big time now, facing the likes of Peterson is absurd.

He should of pushed for a Alexander fight, at the very least.

Some shocking posts in this thread, based on bias and hunches. Khan is nowhere near the level of these fighters, nor does he have the intangibles to even warrant a 'styles make fights' call.

Exactly, I think Peterson would beat the **** out of Alexander anyway. His fights againt Bradley and Kotelnik tell me all I need to know about him.

Khan called out Morales/Bradley, they turned him down. You can't accuse him of ducking anybody. You can say he's cheap, say he's a money grubbing ****, but a ducker? no.

Khan has one thing which is not good for Marquez, lateral movement, that said, he does not have an easy night with him. Chris John had lateral movement and a jab and still lost to JMM handily (in my opinion), that's quite simply because Marquez is that good.

In fact I don't know if its lateral movement which is really bad for JMM as much as good footwork is. I differentiate between good mobility and good footwork. Amir Khan has great mobility, Bernard Hopkins has great footwork.

I would pick Khan right now I think.

'Styles makes fight' is becoming a haven for the lazy.

    It's easier than actual analysis.

Against Khan, Marquez would have to come forward like he did against Floyd and that would not suit him. I think Khan wins a close decision.

Let's add to your list of clichés with no analysis: styles make fights?
