are you serious? stop eating lead paint chips and move away from the power lines. Is this some sort of sympathy thread for you or something?
Yes, he's an all-time great. Head-to-head he's not one of the very elite, especially not as a welterweight, but his weight jumping abilities, performing at a high level at so many weights, and wins over a few greats mixed in with good/solid fighters from 112 to 150 give him a place among boxing greats. He has problems with specific styles, but that doesn't disqualify him. No way.
ofcourse he is. people are just way too emotional on esb. when a fighter wins convincingly hes the best ever...when he loses hes supposedly finished.. Pacquaios performance yesterday does not erase his acheivements which placed him as an ATG in the first place.. People need to calm down here.
If they had correctly given the title to JMM, and then Manny came back in a 4th fight with a KO, THEN his legacy would be assured. Now? Feh. The luster is gone. This is MUCH worse than just losing. It's practically a Margarito-level taint on his reputation. I'll never think of Manny the same way again.
