marquez won with ease mate bob arum is a money motivated twat, he discraces the game and after mannys interview so does he. claiming he is an honest political man, claiming he knew he won the fight, a fighter knows better than anyone and you watch him walk back to his corner after the 12th round shaking his head. i cant believe they would do that to a fighter like marquez after boxing such a perfect fight. such a shame, and people talk about mannys courage to take the fight marquez got in their after watching manny destroy opponents. DISCRACE last night was

anyone who gives rd 11 to Marquez loses all credibility with me, I saw the fight thought it was close but felt Pac edged it at the end, however I did not score it rd by rd I will score the replay rd by rd and see what I get but off the initial viewing I thought Pac narrowly won. However I do remember it being too close to call and Marquez coming out for rd 11 on criuse control in lets take this rd off we are way ahead mode. I thought why is Marquez doing that down the stetch in a close fight? giving away this rd is crucial.

If I had to score the even rounds, it would have been a draw.

Marquez landed the more meaningful punches and controlled the pace of the fight.

Pacquaio was busier, but less effective.

Marquez could have claimed more rounds by just letting his hands go more.

I really can't understand the JMM fanbase outcry. The guy had no sense of urgency. He fought way too tentative. He took almost no risk. Just not a performance worthy of all the outcry. This was not even in the same universe as Williams vs. Lara. Close fight really could go either way

I agree, and I was rooting for Marquez.

It was close. It really was just a matter of what the judges were impressed by.

Like I've said, many times, in lack of dominating offense the thing that impresses me the most... sometimes even more... is when one fighter controls the pace and action of the fight.

I felt that Marquez did that through most of the fight. Manny was never really able to kick it into high gear for a sustained amount of time, and that isn't because of Manny... its because Marquez made him pay with counters.

Still, it wasn't a blatant robbery.

I think a draw would have been fair.

You can't dominate a fight with counterpunching. Fact.

Marquez owned Pacquiao for the third time!

I only gave Pacquiao rounds 6,8,9 and 12
