Like I said before, it's kinda ironic how the judge that had Pacquiao winning the widest was the only judge who gave Marquez the 12th.

I only watched the fight live but I think round 2 was a clear Marquez round. I think round 3 was also a Marquez round, but the judges saw it all different. O_O

 

yep i noticed that too. But for me it still a draw.

 

I had two rounds even, and had it 116-114 for Pac

If I had to score all rounds, it would have been closer to Hoyle's card.

I had it within a point and some of those rounds were so close..

I'm a fan of a fighter who can shut down the other guys offense, and I Marquez did an awesome job of that. Marquez was controlling the pace of the fight and landed the more meaningful punches. He had Pac busted up (the mouth) and frustrated.

I'm not counting the cut from the headbutt.

However, Pac threw a lot more punches and appeared to be busier. Personally, I don't give that much credit if its ineffective, which I thought it was in this case.

 

How do you possibly give rounds 2 & 3 to Pac? He barely landed a shot.

He hit a lot of air a couple of times, though. I guess that's what a paid-off judge uses as his excuse. "Oh look, he moved his arms!"

 

I gotta rewatch it again, but I had Marquez in Rd.2 and Pac in Rd.3

 

It's kinda funny. We are talking about huge event, tens of millions of $ and the commisons doesn't even bother to fill out the form correctly: "WBO Junior Welterweight"
