Is Marquez fighter of the year, when he deserved to win last night does that and the other win over ramos is enough to be ahead of donaire (montiel,narvaez) and froch (johnson,ward) or ward ( abraham,froch) depending on which guy wins? Eventhough he didnt get the official W, it shouldnt matter imo.
But if he had gotten the decision would that be enough considering how big a win it is? 2 divisions above his won at 38 vs the p4p number 1 at his 4th division won.

in an ideal world,they'd say "**** it.lets give him the award.he deserves regardless of 'official' standings" they won't though
Thanks I try to be, but to be honest I am dissapointed though in Pacs performance and the outcome for Marquez. I see no point in trying to justify the win if I dont feel and score it that way.
Why should it matter though, I believe in razorclose fights you have to respect the decision even if you score it differently e.g. the first two fights but now Marquez pulled it out, we give pea credit for beating chavez eventhough he didnt get the official win or Oscar over trinidad why dont give Marquez credit for pulling off an amazing win?
