fantastic performance regardless of who won or got the decision (dont want to open up that can of worms in this thread). He was punch perfect and fought much better than i expected he could given the age, weight, ring wars etc. Where do you think he goes from here? I hope it isnt the end but I have a feeling after how devastated he was it might be

Along with Mayweather, one of the most technically brilliant boxers going.

How many times did he land that lead left uppercut on Pacquiao last night? A thing of beauty.

Christ, you're talking about maybe the most skilled fighter ever. Like it's a bad thing to get torn up against Duran.

    What JMM did was special.

he should vie for a fourth encounter. I know he's probably completely demoralized after putting on one of his best performances ever against one of the top two pound for pound guys in the sport, not to mention a rival, but he should pursue a fourth fight. I think he will too. he's a warrior, and it doesn't hurt to walk away with millions in the bank

jmm surprised many people including myself. i didnt think he could compete with a younger and quicker boxer. marquez is on top of the world right now. hard to be a pac fan these days
