They did very poor commentary about the bodyshots he landed. It's apart of the reason he won so many rounds. His left hook to the body that he manages to throw from range is signature.
They ignored JLC's body work in the 1st Mayweather fight as well. They got blinder by the years (think the Martinez 'right hand' farce) but they are also told who to side with, clearly supported by the fantasy Lederman scorecards and fairy tale Compubox scores.
HBO seemed to disregard everything Marquez did. According to Lampley every time there was an exchange Pac got the better of it. Lampley needs to get Pacs nuts out his mouth. Harold too.
I'm starting to think they get instructions ahead of time to be biased towards one fighter because one guy is going to get robbed
:good It's transparent. They ignore almost everything Marquez did, and found a way to comment on something Pac was doing instead, and look who gets the gift in the end.
I heard eventually Kellerman was heard post fight to say he scored it a draw........but the reality is that if he say's otherwise, he loses his job at HBO.:-(
They ignored virtually EVERYTHING Marquez did in most of the rounds, and then would have a hard-on over one flailing left that Pac would barely land before the round ended. The worst part is when they sunk so low as to show replays of Pac DANCING AWAY from Marquez. :-(
It's pretty common that judges and commentators both to selectively ignore body shots. It's common and stupid.
No doubt. Also all the replays at the end of rounds that Marquez clearly won, they showed nothing but Pac highlights. I mean if they're gonna be biased, they shouldn't be so ****in blatant with it. It obvious.
