You made a contention did you not?
Now tell me when did he reel off combinations at will against Mayweather.

If you're so certain he's better, post a video of his combos that are better.

You're the one defending the claim. prove it.

When is the last time floyd even threw a 7 or 8 punch combo? Let alone multiple times in one round?

I see who I am debating with now. You're someone who will "read" through a post, pick out a word or sentence and ignore the rest...am I correct?

    I'll play along.

Marquez did not reel off combinations against Mayweather, but he tried. That is the whole point. Marquez moved up two weight classes, added the weight incorrectly, believed he was going to be the power puncher in the bout, changed his usual style to fight Mayweather. This alone contributed to why he was never going to win, or 'reel off combinations' successfully against the superior defensive boxer in Mayweather. And that is not even getting in to the size and athleticism advantage.

Marquez always reels off, or tries to reel off combinations against his opponents. That is the difference between the two. Can Mayweather reel off great combinations? Yes. Does he do it all the time? No. Does Marquez? Yes. This alone is why Marquez is the better combination puncher, and just because Mayweather can, but doesn't...does not equate to him being the better combination puncher.

You made the assertion that Floyd can't equal Marquez in combination punches, the burden of proof would actually be on you.

That being said I have shown video of impressive Floyd combo punching, I could find more but I believe what I showed was good enough.

I believe he through a 5-6 punch combo in the Ortiz fight if I"m not mistaken. A couple of them in round 3 and 4. Again that being said, the frequency in which he throws them has nothing to do with his ability to do so, but I'm sure you know that.

I read what you wrote and asked you a question about a statement you made.

You know that your statement was false based on the question I asked and now you are crying about it instead of manning up and saying, except Mayweather.

Mayweather trying to reel off means nothing to me and is irrelevant to the discussion at hand which is that Mayweather can throw combinations as well as Marquez.

Again like I just said, frequency in throwing combinations does not make one a better combination thrower, it just means you throw them more.

Fact is that Oscar was a shell of himself when he fought Pac. I believe he weighed in less than Pac. It didnt take much to push him around. On the other hand, he was a full 154 with Money while Money was 148. He still got his ass whooped but he was in shape and ready. not so with Pac.

FACT highest land percentage - by far
Lowest landed on percentage BY even farther... he's in another class of fighter but dislike of his personality or behavior is clouding people's judgement... appreciation for Floyd will come much later in life when he's gone from the sport.

Floyd would be quicker to the punch than JMM..Floyd would impose his size if he CHOSE to..

Floyd can counter and use "timing and distance" better than JMM too.

Pac stands a very small chance with Floyd.:deal

If Manny had the balls he would have took the test and fought the best, instead of waiting to accept after Marquez beat that ass again.

for me,floyd isnt as busy with combinations than that of marquez, and he doesnt throw as many punches in his combinations.

i think pac would out work and outland floyd, just though,it will be a close boring fight which is tricky to score.
