    Assuming Marquez vacates then I think he should. He definitely ranks alongside Rios, Vazquez and DeMarco as a top lightweight right now (lightweight has become a poor division now with fighters moving up, Rios won't be around for much longer either)

    If Ricky is given the full WBO lightweight belt, he wouldnt get more money for just obtaining a belt surely!! But he would still need to defend it!!

    Hahaha that one was over my head, but would it really be that hard to mistakenly assume his first fight as champ could have merely been a bout for the vacant title?

    Marquez should fight Burns next, if not Burns should be made the legitimate champion and thus become Scotlands second two weight world champion after Lee McAllister.
