Post fight PICTURES - Does this look like Team Pac thought they won!?!

For as dejected as Pacquiao and his whole team looked, Marquez' team exuded the the proudness that comes with a job well done.

Marquez atop the ring ropes playing to the crowd and waiting for what he thought would be his long deserved moment of glory. His crowning achievment.
I tell you I had goosebumps taking it all in.

For Gods sake people, the whole Arena was in a chorus of boos when and during Pacquiao's interview on HBO.

This was one of those fights where both the people in the Arena and those watching at home knew there was no mistaking who was the real winner, and they all let Manny and boxing know it.:yep

 

Most probably, if there will be a 4th fight. JMM will be 42 years old that time.

 

It's a good thing we know they were wrong every time then, isn't it?

PAC was the victim of a judge blatant erroneous score in the first fight. Hope you remember that.

 

Pac knew he got dominated, everyone in the stadium knew it.

He was understandably a shattered man.

I feel for Marquez, he fought the perfect fight and shouldve got
a very clear decision and with bull**** like this Dana White would be
rubbing his hands together.

You could tell by his hurt, defensive tone and body language during the interview with Kellerman.

Knowing in his heart that he lost + having the entire MGM Grand loudly boo the "people's champion" was a doubled edged blade that cut him deep.

As far as true boxing fans are concerned, History will remember Juan Manuel as the victor last night, and as the better fighter over the 3 fights. Undeniable.

In this 3rd fight, PAC is the champ. JMM didn't convincingly do enough to take away the belt from the champ. JMM was passively waiting for PAC while PAC was the aggressor most of the time. The stats backed that up.

In the 2nd fight JMM was the champ and PAC knocked him down to convincingly win that fight. The KD was the difference.

 

He said (very indignantly) that his fans knew he won. He said it was time for the world to just accept that Marquez is a very difficult opponent (and to therefore get off his case about not looking very good against him - that part was plain but left unspoken).

He gave a rhetorical "Yeah, anytime" when Kellerman asked if he'd give Marquez yet another rematch. When asked about Mayweather he stuttered and stammered for a moment before putting on his politician face and saying "Uh, yeah - let's do it. Let's give the fans what they want..."

He just seemed really dejected, and uncomfortable - like he wasn't able to enjoy his celebration like he usually does. The booing got to him. I think so did having known in his heart he was about to lose before the cards were read (and they came as a complete surprise to him).

 

He could just be disappointed with his performance without necessarily feeling that he lost.
