What would I rather ?

Well I would rather boxers of Frank's ability, or lack thereof, be nowhere near television and certainly nowhere near a world title fight for christs sake. That fight was on live TV in the United States and made boxing look at frickin joke. Thanks very much WBA.:roll: He is one tough man but absolutely pathetic at boxing. He is probably the worst boxer I have witnessed broadcast on TV. I don't think he landed 1 punch in 6 rds and his movement looked like he was boxing on an ice skating ring rather than a boxing ring.

Some of you guys must have gotten used to watching guys like Frank fighting on Fox Sports fight nights on a Friday night with the clueless Andy Raymond crapping on about - "Gee he can bang" or "He is one tough hombre" or whatever nonsense he says.

Seriously it was embarrassing.

It really was cringeworthy embarrasing to watch, such a missmatch is terrible for boxing, and it did not belong on television! Very sad

 

Frank showed a huge ticker but was hopelessly outclassed and bashed!

at the end of the day, it was an embarrsement but in reality what fighter is going to knock back a shot for a legit world title on live US TV? can't blame Frank

No some of us have actually seen Frank fight in person. You, on the other hand, had seen neither Frank nor Trout prior to the fight. What the **** did you do before BoxRec was around? Flip a coin?

Frank's no technician but he performed below par against Trout. Maybe it was the nerves and occasion; maybe he just didn't want to listen to his corner. Whatever the reason his performance suffered.

More embarrassing for Trout IMO. He could land at will on an opponent and all he could manage was a flash knockdown in the first. He should have got rid of Frank after a couple of rounds. As it was, he couldn't and had Frank standing in front of him for 6 rounds. Choc will have an easy time with Trout.

I'm sure Frank isn't too fussed what a spastic like yourself thinks of him. He at least had a go and can walk with his head held high. You on the other hand shelter yourself in your bedroom and live vicariuosly through others.

On a seperate topic, you've been a bit quiet about the Pac/JMM catchweight title fight. Unlike you.

 

The blame is not on Frank for having a go. I blame Trout's people because it was a stupid choice to put a limited club fighter in a world title fight.

* I have said numerous times how tough Frank Laporto is but has zero ability for boxing. The truth hurts sometimes. I have also seen him and Trout fight before and Frank was not much better. As others have said he is just a club fighter and should be nowhere near TV and certainly nowhere near a world title fight.:roll:
