    Marquez is comfortable fighting southpaws..floyd clearly isnt
    Marquez will stand in the pocket to deliver his counters..floyd jumps back after being hit

    As floyd gets more uncomfortable with the southpaw he walks them down..this is playing right into mannys hands

    Freddie would throw in the towel. He's not going to let Pacquiao take a bad one-sided beating. Yes, Mayweather and Marquez have different styles despite being counter-punching greats, but I see no reason anymore why a more adaptable, versatile, and well-schooled technician like Mayweather shouldn't be able to find a route to victory over a guy whose face is like a magnet for right hands. Pacquiao pressing Mayweather would lead to him over-extending and falling off balance, resulting in counter punches finding the target, which would quickly lead to Pacquiao being very cautious about attacking. That's when Mayweather would up his activity, dig to the body a bit here and there, and walk Pacquiao down with the high guard. Remember round 8 of Marquez-Pacquiao 2? I see the later portions of the fight resembling it.

    Manny might be my favorite fighter right now, but against the bigger, stronger, and more skilled Mayweather, he's going to get a ****ing beatdown.

    Bottom line is Pacquiao won 2-4 clear rounds vs. Marquez at welter, Mayweather won 11-12 clear rounds vs. Marquez at welter.

    And, as everyone should have known all along, Mayweather UD Pacquiao.
