^ and right there is absolute proof of how deep the fix went.

Pac landing 30% of his shots? Not even close to that. Closer to 10%. It was a pitiful performance, and brilliant defense by JMM.

*******, everyone that seen this fight knows all of those stats are bull****. I just rewatched rounds where it says Pac "landed" 16 power shots and he did not land 7. He missed more punches than I think I ever seen him miss in a fight bar Clottey the turtle. It is bull****. Marquez landed over 100 power shots before rd 8-9 as he landed in combination multiple times even though a lot was blocked. Pac missed everything.

Pisstard, PunchStats is sh!t, Judges were corrupt, Promoters were pimps, why are you still here watching boxing?

So you want a boxing fight be scored by fans from their smartphones?

It's a close fight, deal with it. This is boxing, the sport we love.

The majority of members gave every close round to JMM just because he was the underdog. That is simply not how you score a fight. Pac clearly won.

You do not beat the champion by backing up and not throwing. JMM had a poor game plan and he lost because of it.

i thought pac lost this fight when i watched it on ppv because i was expecting him to tko jmm in 5 and it didn't happen.

    but after scoring it 5 times, i got 114 - 114 and 115 - 113 for pacquiao.

jmm won his rounds convincingly than pac though.

    1. 10 - 9 PAC
    2. 9 - 10 JMM
    3. 10 - 9 PAC
    4. 10 - 9 PAC
    5. 9 - 10 JMM
    6. 10 - 9 PAC
    7. 9 - 10 JMM
    8. 10 - 9 PAC
    9. 10 - 9 PAC
    10. 9 - 10 JMM
    11. 9 - 10 JMM
    12. 10 - 9 PAC

    115 - 113 PAC.

I had the same feeling when first watched the fight. JMM stuck to the game plan perfectly and I thought he should win on the score card. But after reviewing the fight (Round 8-12 being really difficult to score), I felt that PAC came out the winner. The crucial part of the fight to me is the 10th round. JMM with accurate punches in that round but did not follow through. From my note, I kept asking why he did not press forward? That tells the mentality and game plan of the JMM's corner.

The fight really can go either way. Would not be surprised if it is 115-113 JMM.

Pac was touching up Marquez well, but not really scoring the way Marquez did. It almost seemed like Pac was trying to safely outbox Marquez in a weird way in comparison to the 2 other fights. I can understand why the compubox says Pac landed more, but our eyes say a lot more about how those shots landed.

I re-watched it again and this is how I had it.

    RD1 - 10-9 Pac
    RD2 - 10-9 Marquez
    RD3 - 10-9 Marquez
    RD4 - 10-9 Marquez
    RD5 - 10-9 Marquez
    RD6 - 10-10
    RD7 - 10-9 Marquez
    RD8 - 10-10
    RD9 - 10-9 Marquez
    RD10 - 10-10
    RD11 - 10-9 Pac
    RD12 - 10-10

You can give Pac rounds 8 & 10. Hell, you can give him the last round as well. I'm still going to have Marquez winning 6-4-2 or 6-5-1.

Good scorecard. Round 1 & 11 were Pac's clearest rounds (Even round 1 could was still close). It feels like JMM won the majority of the rounds, and that Pac wins only when giving him a huge benefit of the doubt.

    Thanks. :good

I agree with you, the rounds I gave Marquez were not really debatable, in my mind at least. His showing of ring generalship is being underrated by many on here. He made Pac's aggression MUCH less effective (remember...it was not supposed to go more than a few rounds ), since Pac (admittedly) was worried about the counter. Obviously, Marquez was avoiding the left hand by circling to Pac's right and taking a step back. This was a good defensive strategy...as he pretty much neutralized Pac's left hand. Close fight, but, the wrong man got the nod...and it appears HE (Pac) KNEW IT.

I've read a ton of threads on this fight, and the scores are all over the ****in place.

If you can't give Manny round 1, then you suck at scoring boxing.

Just shows how subjective the scoring is.
