Furys diet must be awful. He just isn't an athlete.

David Price would have put Fury to sleep if he landed that punch, never mind Klitschko.

You cannot out-train a bad diet.

    Eat Clean - Stay Lean.

    I remeber 2009 -

Training hard - i was pumped up - I was going out to town and people were saying I was roided up, etc.

I wasnet - just on creten and training hard everyday.

But my stomach was really fleshy and a bit fattish - cos my diet was ****.

You can get in some kind of shap - by training hard.

But if your diet is **** - your body is always going to be compromised.

And if your a competitve athelte thats going to show up all the more.

He actually said 3 bottles of Hennesy to be precise, disgraceful. They were probably liter bottles too.
A few more hints of his shocking diet from his twitter.

"Just sat down to 10 pancakes and icescream with a banana choped on it with sirup"

"Had a great day been watching tv and eating celebrations a full box lol they just go nowere! Feel sick now"

    http://twitter.com/#!/tyson_fury

Eating like that in the final week in the build up to a massive fight for him, shocking.

I just think he's got a tall mans build. It's rare for 6 5 + people to be exceptional athletes - the Klitschko's are the exception rather than the rule.

It's like you rarely see tall gymnasts or sprinters (Usain Bolt is another exception).

It must be hard for a man of his size to do road work, hard on the joints. I've read that the Wlad Klitschko gets round it by swimming instead.

Just imagine what he'd be like if he wasn't staying relatively active. A long break between fights would be the worst thing to happen to him.

He has only just started using a professional trainer hasn't he?

He should go and train with Jimmy Mac for fitness imo.
