An incompetent simpleton who does not understand the criteria of scoring fights. Lederman was in "Alexander-Kotelnik" mode on Saturday with his mistaking of merely coming forward for ring generalship and merely throwing for EFFECTIVE aggression.

Pacquiao did not win a single round clearly in the fight. I'd love to see this writer's card so I can point and laugh at him.

Absolute bull****. Marquez was still countering Pacquiao consistently in the championship rounds. He was not on his bike like Oscar against Tito, and quite frankly I sure as hell didn't see Pacquiao doing much to take those rounds anyway. The only reason this is a story at all is because HBO picked up Beristain's advice, but no one would conclude based on what went on the ring only that Marquez had been told he was ahead. Using a comment Beristain made in the 12th to justify this decision is utterly nonsensical.
