    How to score a fight.

    Corner
    A) champion

    B) challenger

A boxer comes out takes the center of the ring.
Chases boxer B who does not engage. Moves around.
2min and 45 sec later boxer A throws a punch left lead.
Hits. Boxer B counters with a straight left. Hits.

    Who won the rd?

All I know is when you have several even/close rounds you do not give them all to just one of the fighters. JMM fans don't seem to realize that.

If boxer A is the cash cow and so called (but not deserving) face of boxing then Boxer A wins that round, as well as as many other rounds in order to win the fight, even if 90% of the public (Also the percentage of boxing fans that dont smoke smoking crystal meth) knows he lost.

i used to score every close round to the champ my original Froch Dirrel card does that

but thats just wrong i guess

if i guy doesnt win the round then he doesnt deserve it

i used to never assign even rounds but to be honest i have started to especially in fights where the guys do about the same amount and neither has a clear cut difference

i mean we score by what

    damage
    generalship
    aggression
whose plan worked better or who dictated the action

to be honest there are times where neither guy had the edge in any of that criteria

make it a 10-10 no controversy there i mean ive never scored more than 3 even rounds in a fight

Exactly the kind of response this dumb thread deserves. By the way, Pongsaklek Wonjongkam.
