    Great figures.

I think Fury give Hennessy's a problem. He doesn't want to burn Fury out but he knows that if Fury was to get 6 months off he's fall off the wagon completely.

I expect more bum of the month stuff with Fury fighting regularly. I can live with Fury fight cans if it gets the public excited about boxing.

mate it is worrying, ive noticed a change in it sometimes over the past couple of months, i cant be arsed to dredge through it looking it up but at one point he was talking about feeling like killing someone in the ring :-( but tbh most of it is about what hes eating and then a list of confectionaries. ye i was thinking that, ive always thought matchroom were open to the idea of terrestrial or did i just make that up? reckon they'd be too loyal to sky to let any of their fighters fight on 5?

Well judging by the way Eubank Jr debuted, its very much going to be about the two of them on Channel 5. Eubank could progress pretty quickly, I think. If Im honest, I see Fury fighting moderate opposition with good records for the next while until Price or a title shot comes along. If he did fight Povetkin, would it be shown on 5 or would they move it to Primetime? A world HW title fight on free tele would be huge, and if he lost as long as he didnt embarass himself he could regroup at domestic level and still be an attraction.

good points, i do agree if his name wasnt tyson fury i think the public wouldnt have remembered about him as much as they seem to have (terrible english but you get my point)

ye another good point, but its a similar situation to frankie gavin, do we really want people taking part in a soprt where they could get killed if their mind isnt on the job and they havent prepared? it looked like when tyson turned it on he could have had pajkic out of there whenever but it took taking a massive shot and going down to wake him up, if you get what i mean, which isnt great, imagine if it had been a klitschko or helenius or any big hitter

Hennesy would have to negotiate a deal with W@rren, W@rren has the rights to show all of Sauerland's cards on Boxnation.

I dunno Matchroom took some of Mick's top boys and Mick made a little dig i think when saying 'Eubank is best middleweight in country' at Barker. Silly stuff to say at this point anyways.

I'd hope that wouldn't stop a deal being struck, Frank defo won't help as he's got Boxnation to try boost up.

    :-(

Shame that, Boxnations not gonna last long I dont think. Its just not been advertised at all, need some tele ads or something!

And my dream of a HW title fight on terrestrial falls to ****

totally forgot about all this! makes it even less likely as you say, but business wise i cant see their being a loser, if say they let kell brook have one or two fights, not only would both promoters benefit but surely sky would long term from the increased exposure? especially if they want him to be a "ppv star" as it apparently reported

I agree mate, sadly i don't think Sky would like the idea. Sometimes you gotta give a little to get more. These people don't see that at times..

If (when?) Fury loses then they will struggle to get a 60/90 mins boxing show out of Eubank jr until he gets to 10 round or Area level status.

He's only 21 and, despite the noises Mick is making, I don't see Eubank getting to that level within the next 12 months so a Fury loss before then would create a big problem for Mick and Channel 5.

the sad thing is the general public dont seem to understand that Fury isn't fighting good compettion. These fights make the hw division look bad. They keep using the Klitschko name, every single broadcast.

The general public are absolutely clueless about boxing and the commentators are not helping this.
