Actually he didn't. If anything, Foreman ducked Mike Tyson. Not once, Not twice, but three times. Now back to our regularly scheduled program.
nope. It was Tyson that ducked Foreman. In 1990, ARum and Don King had a doubel header (Tyson vs Stewart, and Foreman vs Rodriguez) to set a Tyson vs. Foreman in the fall of 1990, but Tyson later went to Don Kings' office and told him he didnt want anything to do with Foreman, claiming hat Foreman is a "wolf under sheep's skin" and is dangerous. Tyson also ducked Oliver McCall in the late 1980's, at his management's urge.
You also come out of the woodwork to defend this point. Foreman didn't duck Tyson, though. Let's not get silly.
Cus told Tyson when he was young about all the old school fighters and their characteristcs. He told him that Foreman was a killer who would destroy smaller men who walked to him. Tyson was in awe of Foreman he just didn't know there would come a time when fighting him would be a possibilty. When he was offered it he freaked out. He respected Cus' every word.
