As much as I would like Manny to win, I think his recent fights (prior to JMM 3) have been very well orchestrated in order to make him seem a little bit better than he really is, and he's just not quite as good as the hyperbole being thrown around might have us believe. Yes, Pac is world class, but Floyd is just better. He is in the upper echelons of world class, he's really exceptional, and I expect he will start to get more universal credit once he has been long retired.

Floyd's resume may not get him placed highly in peoples all-time ATG lists, but his ability is really up there with the best. Manny on the other hand, while he is just a notch below in terms of ability, he has some great achievements relatively speaking, I think he has made the most of the ability that he has - which might make people lose perspective when comparing them.

If they fight, and Floyd's reactions, and ability to pull the trigger, haven't eroded significantly, then I expect to see Manny fare better early on, but quickly lose steam when he finds himself constantly walking on to hard straight right counters. I think Floyd would get a reasonably comfortable UD, maybe with a knockdown in the early rounds.
