    Duran is a legend and possibly the best ATG Latino. He is half Mexican but he was born and raised in Panama, and is closer to the Panamanian culture than the Mexican one.

    I can't agree that there will never be a Mexican that can match his accomplishments. You never know , who would of thought the Phillipines would of produced such a fighter as Manny Pacquiao.
