One thing i dont understand with Khan is that no two interviews of his are alike.
Maybe he is being misquoted here but in the daily mail he says he doesnt think manny would beat floyd. Yet straight after the fight after he said he has ''marquez up'', he states ''I still think Manny would beat Mayweather every time because of his style''. Yet here he is saying the opposite now.

he even insinuates he would beat pac by claiming he has been getting the better of the sparring with Manny. He also claims Manny should retire ''sooner rather than later''

Here are the best bits from the article http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/boxing/article-2061567/Amir-Khan-urges-Manny-Pacquiao-consider-future.html

as i said maybe he is being misquoted here.
But a lot of contradictions from Khan again.

He really doesnt do himself any favours
Hes definitely a nice lad but i just feel too often he speaks before thinking and quite often doesnt properly put into words what he is trying to get across.

The Pacquiao that fought Saturday probably could not beat Mayweather. With careful planning, and a good gameplan, he could. I think Pac should start preparing for Mayweather now. I don't mean training, but he should start getting mentally prepared right now. Roach needs to study some tape and break down what his fighter needs to do to win.

I couldn't imagine Amir Khan saying that and still showing his face at the Wildcard.

actually during his commentating he said the same thing, he had marquez winning by two. he also said that it wasnt the same Pacquiao that he has seen in training and wasnt sure why the less than par performance, and I believe mentioned other fighters could have beaten him that night.
by the way maybe on paper it sounds worse than how it sounded when he was saying that. he said it towards the end of the fight where it was clear Manny wasnt doing anything and he was having a very bad night. He said it as insinuating that he knows Pacquiao is capable of performing much better as opposed to ragging on him.

nope.

i remember it clear as a bell.
immediately after the final bell (before the result), he was asked about mayweather by his co-commentator and he said
''i think manny will always beat mayweather because of his style and how he fights''

yeah it was before the fight was over or right after it was just a general statement, he didnt mention any specific fighters. And yes I recall him mentioning wanting to fight Marquez lol.
