Kessler vs Stieglitz. whats going on?

Have i missed something here, whats happening with this fight?

i thought this fight was announced months ago, and i couldve sworn i saw a flash of an advert on boxnation showing a date for when the fight would be shown?

was quite looking forward to this one, stieglitz cant break an egg but seems to be improving, kessler hasnt looked his best for awhile.

 

Kessler got a hand injury and its been put back to early 2012.

 

Postponed till the new year.

 

thanks lads, how do you see it going? will kessler still have too much?

 

Kessler won't have too many problems but I think he'll more than likely avoid it and go straight after the s6 winner.

 

I think Kessler is more shopworn than most seem to. I dont see him winning another fight at the top level (Ward, Froch, Bute etc....) but he will have too much for Steiglitz.

 

Steiglitz is very under rated but Kessler should win. will be tough.

 

Agreed, I felt Froch lost their fight rather than Kessler did anything special to win. Froch just never seemed to step into 5th gear as the fight went on. Think was down to his preparation and just having a kid etc.

 

I think kessler was just the better fighter. He made the adjustment and won the fight by three rounds or so. Froch just got out-toughed.

 

Kessler has undergone successful hand surgery, the fight is now expected to take place in the same venue around April or May.

 

Why not do a google search rather than clog the forum up with such a **** thread
