Through five rounds, you had Manny up by one? :huh

So which round did you have scored even? (it's mathematically impossible to have a boxer up by two rounds through five without one even; it has to be either 48-47 for one or 48-47 for the other w/o an even round...or deduction, or KD...)

I had him by two. 48-47 Pacquiao, but that would be the last time he led on my card.

Have you had a chance to watch it back and re-score it, IB?

Haven't watched this fight yet. Please, no spoilers. I don't want to know who won.

In all seriousness, I plan on watching it when HBO re-airs it and will give an honest and as unbiased a view as possible.

I'll also be trying to avoid preconceived notions based on the ESB explosion in response to the decision.

So, I haven't really read the RBR or other dudes breakdowns of the fight. Want to go into it with eyes and attitude as fresh as a daisy. Nahmsayin?

Finally got to see the fight. 115-113 Marquez.

I won't be calling it a robbery though with all those close rounds and all.

Anything from 114-114 to 117-111 Marquez I can live with.

Seeing as your pulling me up on the other thread...surely you had him by 1 round, 3 rounds to 2? As opposed to have him by 2 rounds?

Huh. :think I actually have no idea what the hell I was on about there last week. :yep

The way Englund put it was perfectly correct. His score (and mine) of 48-47 can be restated correctly as "up by one round". From my reply it almost seems like me having interpreted him as saying he had Pacquiao up by two...but right there in the quote he says up by a round. Then I claimed to have him up by two (even though my score was 48-47...or up by...one. :blood)
