Pac - JMM III - What fight were you watching?

And guess what? Almost every other reporter at ringside had for Marquez, a few had it a draw and NONE had it for Manny. Many pro boxers all had it for Marquez.

I didn't have it that wide but I score rounds the exact same way. Second-by-second, and whoever's up by the bell won the round. Sitting back at the end and trying to judge thinking "hmmm who won that round?" is just not the way to encompass a whole 3 minutes of competition.

 

I feel like a lot of the people saying JMM was robbed have some sort of agenda. Objective people know this fight was very close. Subjectivity of the judging means it could have gone either way.

I watched the fight in HD 3 times and it was apparent that Marquez won his rounds more clearly, more often. Unless you give Pac all the swing rounds, he shouldn't get a gift of a decision. It's a stretch to even score this fight for Pac unless you score aggression, and not ring generalship, defense, and especially not clean effective punching.

 

I can see why you think jmm got robbed. I understand.

 

You were saying people scored the fight based off expectations, Pac not looking like superman, the Mexican crowd reactions and the underdog factor. I'm saying you have nothing to base that off of, except wishful thinking.

I agree either had a case of winning it, and I don't believe it was a conspiracy. I believe it was a close fight, and in a close fight JMM had NO chance to win. Said it before the fight, so did several others.
