I agree with that. Floyd vs PAC is the #1 fight bar none. But after Saturday it's not as BIG as it was BEFORE the contraversial ending and inability to live up to expectations on PAC's end.

PAC needs to get back in there with Juan and will need to have a better performance to help re-build the promotion that has dipped thanks to Juan's great performance.

We really can't lose... PAC vs Floyd first or PAC vs JMM 4 first. Either way these are great fights that will do HUGE numbers... But at the moment I think the 4 fight with Juan is a honorable direction

I didn't agree with the decision.

Look. If after three fights he still couldn't figure out JMM, he never will. And this was suppose to be a much improved (skill-wise) Pac with a dangerous right to go with the left. JMM just has his number. It is what it is. I for one thought that the extra weight would affect JMM's stamina allowing Pac to win a somewhat comfortable decision in a fast paced bout. I was wrong. But I've seen enough. It's time for some new blood.

If this was back in 2009 or 2010 I'd be fine with it. But it will be 2012. Pac and Floyd aren't in their 20's. Floyd is in the mood now. No telling how he will feel later on. Better grab him up while he's motivated to keep fighting.

Pacman will get ko'd by the 5th round against Floyd it would be a brutal miss-match. Pacman should have lost to marquez but of course judges screwed that up again. Mark my words.... Floyd will brutally knock out pacman should it ever come to be.

It's not all always so cut and dry....of course their fights are always going to be competitive.. And PAC struggles with JMM as JMM struggles with PAC. But they could have a definitive conclusion given that this is boxing. One punch can change everything and PAC is one that always puts himself at risk...USUALLY his risks in the ring pays off...with JMM he's had far LESS success.

I was wrong myself on the outcome of this fight. I thought we'd see the same JMM who tried his chances at a higher wieght a couple years prior.... but Juan was a bigger version of himself who dominated from 126-135.

I'm actually one that has thoroughly enjoyed this trilogy and based on the performance of BOTH men...it seems they have a lot left to put into a final bout.

I also agree that PAC and Floyd should get it on while Floyd is looking to make moves. But in 2012 we could potentially see BOTH. Floyd could fight in Feb.....PAC could fight in April.... They COULD potentially fight at the end of 2012.

Floyd wants PAC right now and I don't blame him one bit. Based on what we all saw on Saturday Floyd looks real good if they were to fight next week. Not that it's ever written in stone.... but it's safe to say that was not the best version of Manny and momentum is NOT on his side right now.

Another thread from a poster who ranks gayweather as the second best 130 pounder behind Aaron the hawk Pryor.

With what? Pitter-patter punches? He took two cheap shots against Ortiz and Ortiz was not exactly out of it. Jmm against gayweather was never close to getting koed.

I would much rather see Pac and JMM from a perspective that I know that we will all witness another great fight... But I really want to see Pac vs Floyd because that's the fight that has been "the fight" for over 2 yrs now.

If Pac looked like he did on Saturday next yr. on May 5th... Floyd wins..... But I think its still competitive.

Not sure if it's already been mentioned, but the irrational Pac fans would definitely prefer them not to fight so they can sit on here and berate Floyd for not making the fight.

When everyman and his dog knows its Arum, and probably some other members of team Pac too (not Manny, I agree he would fight everyone, but "leaves it up to (his) promoter") who are stopping this fight.

So not only do you admit that Pac got his ass handed to him. You also admit that Floyd will task that ass after that robbery was just committed. Wasn't Pac fans the same fans that was saying Floyd is ducking Pac. Well what's the problem now? I'll tell you what it is. The truth is finally being realized that Pac does not have a chance in beating Floyd. 38yr old Marquez was proof. The only thing Pac is going to do by facing Marquez for the fourth time is make a fool of himself, when an even older Marquez take him the war again. Why not fight Floyd, make the money and loose to a guy worth loosing to.....lol. Because getting his ass whipped by a 40yr old don't look good at all.
