    Round 1:

Pac quite agressive throwing jabs and good 1-2's. JMM not landing much of anything until the end of the round. But not enough work

    10-9 PAC - Clear

    Round 2:

Neither landing much to start. JMM backing up. But second half of the fight JMM landing a lot more counters and overall the cleaner punches in the round

    9-10 JMM - Close

    Round 3:

JMM more active to start the round landing good 1-2's. Manny starts getting more agressive and lands good single shots, JMM missing nearly all of his combos near the end of the round.

10-9 PAC - Close but Clear

    Round 4:

Not much action first 30 seconds. Pac throwing more leather. Near end of the round JMM starts catching pac more and more, ending with a huge shot at the end of the round. Pac not really landing anything significant.

    9-10 JMM - Close

    Round 5:

JMM starts with good body shots. Pac missing wildly for the first minute and a half. JMM continuing to land good single shots and a huge right. End of the round Pac caught with more big shots

    9-10 JMM - Clear

    Round 6:

Nothing for the first 30s. Manny more active but JMM lands couple good body shots. Then Pac lands a big shot and takes charge by landing more combinations and jabs. JMM missing with nearly all his shots. Pac in and out quickly but JMM lands a double jab at the end

    10-9 PAC - Clear

    Round 7:

JMM lands a big right in the first half of the round with Pac missing mostly. JMM continues to counter . Pac comes back well but keeps eating counters as he does. Pac landing decent jabs but cleaner work definitely coming from JMM

    9-10 JMM - Clear

    Round 8:

First minute neither fighter landing. Pac comes back with decent jabs but JMM landing body shots. More jabs from Pac and good counters from JMM. Big finish from Pac.

10-10 EVEN - Very close round, with maybe pac edging it with his activity

    Round 9:

JMM landing good shots. Pac very active but not landing too many significant shots. JMM landing double jabs. Very good exchanges from both fighters throughout the last 90s of the round. Pac pressuring but not landing enough. Pac missing with too many shots, JMM landing cleaner blows.

    9-10 JMM - Clear

    Round 10:

Good shot from Pac at the start and a very good exchange between the fighters. Second half of the round both guys landing combos. Hard round to score but again JMM landing cleaner effective punches, while pac displaying higher work rate without landing enough clean blows.

    9-10 JMM - Close

    Round 11:

Pac landing good shots at the start of the round. JMM comes back well, landing clean counters but Pac displaying high work rate and landing clean shots throughout. pac lands a good right at the end of the round

    10-9 PAC - Close

    Round 12:

One of the hardest rounds to score. Slow start but pac landing the odd jab. JMM lands decent double jab in the middle of the round. Gets a bit wild in the last 30 seconds, hard to see if anyone landed clean punches.

9-10 JMM - Very Close - Could have gone either way

    Total: 116-113 Marquez.

CLEAR Rounds for JMM - 3,5,7,9
CLEAR Rounds for PAC - 1,6
    Close Rounds - 2,4,8,10,11,12

I honestly cannot see how jmm would have lost more than 5 rounds in that fight. In nearly all the close rounds, the effective work was all marquez. I tried not to give more than 1 even round. I admit upon rewatching it, i noticed a lot more good work from pac than i initially saw. But still nowhere near enough to win rounds convincingly.

After watching it again for the third time here's how I scored the fight.

    Round 1

It was a cagey start, both fighters were sizing each other up, but Pacquiao was more active, threw more punches and landed more, all in all it was pretty even, some could argue a draw, but I think Manny just edged it.

    10-9 Pacquiao

    Round 2

In this round Marquez countered well, timed Pacquiao's shots pretty well and landed some good shots.

    9-10 Marquez

    Round 3

Pacquiao started the round better and put the pressure on Marquez, but Marquez got back in it and made Pacquaio miss a few shots and countered well, but towards the end of the round Manny landed some big clean shots, throwing some good combo's and just done enough to win the round.

    10-9 Pacquiao

    Round 4

Pacquiao Landed the best shots in this round, Marquez came back in it towards the end, another close round but Pacquiao done enough to take the round.

    10-9 Paquiao

    Round 5

This was one of the most clearest rounds in the fight, Marquez clearly won this round, he landed some very good shots.

    9-10 Marquez

    Round 6

More of a closer round, Pacquiao landed the better shots and just edged it, could have easily been a Marquez round or a draw.

    10-9 Pacquiao

    Round 7

Marquez landed some good combo's and countered well, Pacquiao came back towards the end of the round but it wasn't enough to win it.

    9-10 Marquez

    Round 8

Very close round but I think Marquez done the better work in this round, could have scored it a draw, but gave it to Marquez in the end.

    9-10 Marquez

    Round 9

Very exciting round, some good exchanges, Pacquiao landed some good shots and slipped a few punches and all in all came out on top of this round.

    10-9 Pacquiao

    Round 10

Marquez started the round well coming out on top of a few exchanges, where there was an accidental headbutt which left Pacquiao with a cut above his eye, I feel this round was a great opportunity for Marquez to put pressure on Pacquiao, but he never for what ever reason, which allowed Pacquiao back into it and to just steal the round.

    10-9 Pacquiao

    Round 11

Very close round again, but Marquez landed more clean shots, Marquez just edged it.

    9-10 Marquez

    Round 12

Not much action in this round until the very end, where Pacquiao landed a very good combo, Marquez was far to conservative in this round as Nacho Beristain told him he was ahead which was a HUGE mistake and ultimately cost Marquez the fight, as in the other late rounds as well you could see Marquez had taken his foot off the gas.

    10-9 Pacquiao

    Final scorecard

I don't see how one could determine round 1 as being clear for either guy, high definition or otherwise.

You say you can't see how Pac could win more than 5 rounds Yet you score 4 rounds for Pac, 1 VC round to JMM and 1 even?

If you score those 2 rounds to Pac that's 6.

Wtf NO. After the cut Pac didn't do **** either for like a whole minute. Nothing really happened the 1st minute, and between then and the cut JMM was doing better. Pac only did stuff in the last 20 seconds of the round.

And in Round 9 JMM landed a full combo on Pac, as well as single shots, while pac just threw more.

There were 3 exchanges in rd 10, Marquez won both of the first two if you slow it down, and the third one was tied with one hit each.

    Marquez won the fight 6-5-1

Marquez also landed a 4 piece body combo in the 3rd that could have won the rd on its own.

Edit my bad it wasn't the 3rd it was the 4th

I had it 118-112 Marquez, with Rounds 3,4 and 6 even.

Alot of people have Rounds 3 and 6 in Pacs favour, so if I give Manny the benefit of the doubt in those rounds .,... I still have Marquez winning, 116-112.
