I actually like Pacquiao so I wouldn't particularly feel good about the beating I believe Mayweather can inflict on him. But it would give me some intellectual satisfaction.

Overall it would be a good thing for "casual boxing fans" and show certain people, just because you believe and like a fighter personally, it doesn't negate the fact that when they fight a more skilled opponent, bad things happen to them.

    wouldn't be surprised.

the aura of awesomeness surrounding pac no longer exists. now he is just a mere mortal.

LOL That's fine. If Pac ever loses to Floyd, it means just that. Pac got beat. The problem with the thread description is that beating the **** out of Pac is nowhere near reality. Maybe a UD.

By the way, Pac already lost and losing is no big deal. As a fan, I just want to see a great fight. It's not about *******s vs *****s anymore. It's beyond that. IF Pac vs May happens, we know we will be witnessing a really big chunk of boxing history that probably will never be repeated after both fighters are long gone.

By the way, let's reverse the situation. What happens if Pac beats Floyd? We already knew Pac wins against great counter punchers like JMM. How would you feel?

Better question. How would Floyd take the beating and having that 0 get taken away? Will he be the same? Will he be like Jermaine Taylor? Roy Jones Jr.?

I'd give my props to Floyd for finally proving himself instead of all the talk. Floyd has the skills to beat Pac. Pac also has the tools to beat Floyd. Floyd and his team agree with me on this one. If they truly believed Pac was an easy fight, Floyd would have already fought him by now and this thread would not even be brought up.

You're the type that this thread is directed toward because you can't wrap your head around the very distinct possibility of Mayweather beating Pacquiao in a manner that would prompt the ref of Pac's corner to stop the fight. Mayweather has been known to hand those type of beatings out, and seeing how limited defensively Pacquaio is, it's becoming more and more clear that's where it will probably end up.

So how would you feel if Roach had to throw in the towel, cause Pac was eating too much leather?? :think

As a big fan of Mayweather it would be bittersweet, although I find *******s the most annoying scum on earth I would feel bad for Pacman who you can't help but like as a fan of boxing. At the same time I'd be hyped as a Mayweather fan but I don't see it being a walk in the park, I see a 9-3 type decision for Mayweather maybe even 8-4.

LOL When was the last time this happened?

Now let's reverse the situation. I did say that Pac would probably lose to Floyd because Floyd is also a great fighter.

Now, Pac is known for laying down a beatdown against his opponents. Pac for example, won a close fight against a great counter puncher like Marquez. Now, We all know Marquez is a much more aggressive counter puncher but Pac was still able to do damage to Marquez' face. Pac was still able to land punches to an aggressive counter puncher.

See, you don't really know how to think. You just try to duplicate somebody's theory and just re-write it as your own. No originality with a hint of a really bad case of denial.
