    Seriously? I heard Kerry Hope was another..... Hopes a top fighter but a small middleweight.... This guy boxed most of his career at 10stone :rofl

    I think it's fine to fight a gimme after Groves last two opponents. It's a keep-busy fight, really. Let him work on stuff in the gym, get a pay day, keep active. He's had a good run of opponents in his last four fights: Anderson, DeGale and Smith with only one journeyman type in between.

    It's ok but still pretty pointless IMO. The problem is that the whole card is awful fights and it's a worry that Frank will continue to do this now he has a free platform for it.

    Groves has had hard fights he deserves a softer touch but at same time it shouldn't be a major step down in class.

    Anderson vs either would be great but we aren't getting that.
     
  14. I doubt the African would get permission to fight Groves.

    I mean.... he's got a KO loss to Philip Kotey, of Kell Brook's bum of the month fame. Groves is obviously the best part of two stones heavier than Kell.

    It would be car crash television.
