    Over at the Scene.

    "Not up there with the best in the world"... just as credible as the fact he thinks the S6 finale will "cement in concrete" his #1 status. If he stops Ward, I'm prepared to put him up at #1. But not clear #1 before he beats a fighter who combines best speed & power... and that's Bute, at 168.

    Not saying he's ducking Bute, here. It just smells like it. :D

    Well that doesn't make sense. Bute did much better against Johnson than Froch did.

    Froch has turned his old obssession for Calzaghe onto Bute. Does he know he fights Ward next month?

    Sounds like he might dodge a fight with Bute.

    I have feeling that he WILL dodge Bute, whatever what people are saying. IMO, he talked too much and if he's as good as HE seems to think, he should fight Bute next. He struggled with Johnson: He should shut up.

    :lol::rofl:patsch

    Nuthugger, the winner of Froch-Ward is #1. Fact. I don't care if your home town hero has beaten a string of nobodies.

    If Bute had ANY sense he'd lock that WBO belt up, even if it meant giving Steiglitz 50/50 and fighting in his backyard.

    By taking that title, Forch couldn't take the easy way out against Kessler, and Ward would have to prove his worth by fighting the other UNIFIED titlist.

    Not that he would, but it would certainly open things up a bit more.

    Damned Kessler ducking Bute and 3 mil to fight Steilgitz for 1.25:patsch

    Seriously though........BOOTAYE is the BOOMAYE!:thumbsup

    He tried to fight Steiglitz but he outright said he won't fight Bute. Kessler turned down 3 mil and Pavlik turned down 1.3 mil. Froch and Ward are both using the "he isn't worthy" bull**** and seem to be paving the road for a duck after the S6 final.

    Bute said he wants to shut his big mouth. But Froch sounds like he is going to duck him.

    How dare you underestimate Bute's resume. He also beat a 42 year old journeyman coming off a loss.
