according to windigo cutting off the ring as a southpaw or against a fighter in the opposite stance is harder, so if a southpaw doesn't cut off the ring properly such as manny, it doesn't mean he doesn't know how to do it.

his logic states that it's hard to do it as a southpaw, so if pacquiao being a southpaw can't do it, then it doesn't really mean he don't know how to do it

if you think pacquiao can't cut off the ring, BUT southpaws CAN, vote option 1

if you think pacquiao AND southpaws can't cut off the ring, vote option 2

No he can't or not very well, It never was his strength, he could have Ko'ed De La hoya, Cotto Margarito, and Mosley pretty easily if he could

Manny the real life human can't cut off the ring for ****.

Now if you turn on your PS3 or XBOX and use Manny on FIGHT NIGHT then you can cut the ring off with him. That is the only way you will see Manny cutting off the ring.

He can, but he has a bad habit of not doing it. He likes to fight going the other way, for whatever reason.

I feel he doesn't feel comfortable doing since he has been so much smaller than his opponents lately, and is liable to taking big punches, while he's throwing combo's to close distance.

To be fair, He did show at times cut off the ring vs Oscar, and had him back against the ropes, but him facing sub par competition with the same style, made him greatly regress from that prime form.

This sound similar to the argument that Pac deliberately took punches to the face to lure Mayweather into a fight.

Skip Bayless definitely skipped a few chromosomes.

No he can't. :patsch He comes in straight lines every time and has been doing that his entire career. If he could cut off the ring he would have knocked Mosley the **** out.

He cut off the ring a few times against Marquez, especially in the later rounds and against mosley. You have to be a moron if you think Freddy roach hasn't taught him how to do that. He was in even in the corner telling him to cut the ring off. Manny has always had a weird habit of walking to his left throughout his career.
