http://www.8countnews.com/news/125/ARTICLE/4813/2011-11-17.html 8 count news reporting. mississippi and denver are in the mix to get the fight.
Mississippi for real ? That won't be as electric as MSG and Denver ?Wow those are two bad choices imo ..
cnnsi is saying texas is a possibility too. texas makes the most sense, i think. san antonio would fill that fight up in a hurry.
Arum is a ****ing scumbag with absolutely no regard for the health of his fighters. People will say 'ah well Margarito deserves. it **** him', but Arum would do this with any of his fighters. He's a greedy **** and a horrible human being. He's nothing but an old fashioned crook
If this is true, now I can't go. What the ****. What the ****KKwaefwgt Boxing scene says that the official hearing is tomorrow though...
As a former and present Mississippian, I will tell you that you could not have made a more grievous understatement. Ofcourse, the coast has a few nice facilities due to the casinos. But very few hispanics. Still better than South Haven! If not for the lack of Mexicans, Margarito might confuse the area for Tijuana.
Not saying its not a credible source....just that the vote is tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. Unless one of the 3 Commissioners voting has leaked!!!
Its at times like this people should remember and vote in my official '**** BOB ARUM ' thread. See my signature
Please lets wait till tomorrow for the official word... feels like everyones just yelling **** now.... http://espn.go.com/blog/new-york/bo...to-licensing-again-sit-tight-wait-for-hearing
why not move it to jersey? you got the new arena in newark and boardwalk hall in AC. Almost everyone in NY who bought tickets would still go.
yes, this is complete chicken **** on new york's part. if you know you're not going to license him, it should have been done months ago. the fans are the ones who get screwed, as always.
