The Official "I got tickets to the Cotto - Margarito" fight at MSG

I would say it's a pretty safe bet. I haven't heard Tony get a positive reception in some time now....A little off-topic, Cotto's class continues to amaze me. I think a little bit of the HBO Face-Off was hyped. Not scripted, mind you. Just a little hyped. I think Tony got genuinely mad but I don't think Cotto ever did....Final thought: I bet when Cotto wins he will congratulate Margarito. If Tony wins, he will not.

is there any way i can purchase tickets without going through ticketmaster? i'm sick of paying $15-$20 in "convenience" fees everytime i buy a ticket for something... think i could show up to msg and buy them at the window if not sold out? i'd rather not buy from scalpers/ebay/cragslist/etc.

for those traveling, you will be in for an epic surprise. i have been to many sporting events but a big cotto fight in the garden will have you temporarily deaf and dumb. my first big event was cotto/malignaggi and i dont even know what i felt at the moments of the intro, as i'd never experienced anything like that. cotto/judah has even more insane. add puerto rico vs mexico, and the revenge factor, i'm already smiling in anticipation

no way margarito gets denied that license either. too many tickets sold, hype machine in action, hbo already starting production.

yes, this is what I always do... spend 4/4.50 in train fees to buy the tickets at the window, and save yourself a lot of "fees" - and spend your day or a few hours walking around that area too, it's a great area for just looking around or shopping - it's not completely sold out as ticketmaster still has some here and there for even good sections (maybe late releases), expect that to disappear soon though.

I'll hate because Cotto is one of my favorite fighters and I already made plans for this fight and can only see it if it is in NY and what they are doing is bull****. So I will hate.
