Haye vs the following

KOs Adamek
KOs Areolla
KOs Chambers
KOs Povetkin.

 

I think you've let your dislike for Haye get in the way of how these would all pan out. Haye would batter all four of those guys. Povetkin as favourite?

Please tell me what about their styles would give Haye trouble.

 

well i think that if arreola could manage not to get KO'd early on he would have a very good chance. Hayes stamina is awful and he gets raggedy as **** when he throws more than 1 or 2 punches at a time. Arreola could simply throw punches and stay in the fight until the 2nd half and he would have a very good chance. If he can be bashed about by Vitali until hes stopped on his feet, whilst in disgusting shape, im not sure he would lose any sleep regarding hayes power.

Didnt look great against Monte Barrett, Valuev was a circus as was Harrison and although looking impressve against Ruiz early, he went ragged and had to club the old, shot man for 8 or so rounds until his corner had mercy

 

Ive always wanted to see Haye/Arreola.

 

I thought the Ruiz performance was impressive, especially when you consider Haye had no sparring in preparation. And Ruiz was still a tough old boot. He showed real skills against Valuev (even though I didn’t like the performance) and I thought he was fine against Barrett, just a little over-eager.

Arreola is really very poor. He wouldn’t survive to the later rounds because he just walks on in, telegraphs his punches and would get taken out around the fourth. Vitali’s not a very hard puncher. He hurts opponents slowly and breaks them down.

But there’s another reason he lasted longer against the giant Ukrainian: Vitali never traded with him, he didn’t need to and he didn’t want to. Arreola will, through sheer physicality, get near to Haye and engage at mid-range. What happens when two heavy-handed guys meet but one of them has much faster and more accurate hands? Arreola would get flattened. It’s a cliché, but styles dictate how this one ends.

I don’t see what light-hitting Chambers and Povetkin could really bring to that fight. Haye’s more mobile and can pot-shot them all night till he gets a stoppage. He’d brutalise Povetkin, IMO. It wouldn’t even be competitive.

Adamek has already shown his limitations – I’m not sure why people rate him so highly. He scraped by a fat, unmotivated Arreola and looked awful in all of his fights following.

 

Haye would stop them all on that list, even Arreola.....

 

He would KO all of them inside 8 rounds, hes a level above all those contenders

He does the full 12 fine imo.

 

Theyd say low punch ouput.

But thats how David Trains. He trains so that every punch is as hard as the first. That's why he has low punch output.
