How can you immediately fight with the only guy that got KO-ed by the guy you just beat?

pascal bute will only happen later in career, when he goes up in weight, right now it would be a buisness suicide for one of them, both based in montreal and not yet secured financialy (promoters)

of course there are reasonable opponents available like it has nearly always been the case that there were better opponents available than he actually picked Dirrell, Abraham, Pavlik, Braehmer, Kashtanov, Shumenov, Sukhotsky,Oosthuizen, Groves for example don't know what the problem is supposed to be

Failing the ability to get a fight with either of Froch/Ward after their fight, Bute would need to fight a recognizable name and in someplace other than Quebec.

Green isn't a bad choice, but he's not much different than the guys Bute has been beating already, and the fight would be in Quebec for monetary reasons.

Pascal would be good at a catchweight, but would obviously be in Montreal.

Hopkins or Dawson at a catchweight or at 175 could be decent, and could be done in Vegas, probably as a co-main event with another decent match.

only dirrell and pavlik are "names" from that list, and dirrell not so much.i can see you bitching about bute if he'll ever fight aa :"he want to fight a small guy who have no business at smw an already made a clown of himself at this division"...no thanks.i don't mind if he fight pavlik if he ever get back in shape but that's about it.bute should face the winner of super6 next,i don't see what's the problem.

If you dont care dont bother participating in this thread idiot. Now, I dont think Bute will fight until the S6 is over. I'd love to see him get at Chad Dawson at a catchweight if necessary but I fear he'll wait for the winner of Froch-Ward

of course i still don't understand why Bute now all of a sudden can't go after the s6 winner or loser but thers nothing wrong with anyone on that list Dirrell, excellent fight, Pavlik, Abraham etc also good fights imo and i've never said anything about Abraham being a midget with no business at 168 thats the tenor of you Bute fans when its about to discredit Forchs resume. Abraham is strong and dangerous and he proved it against Taylor, Dirrell and Ward. I see him as a better and definitely a more creditable fighter at that weight than he was at 160 where he got schooled by Gardner, outboxed by Elvin Ayala over many rounds, dubious decision over old Eastman etc..
