...you still have no reason to believe (and no way to prove) his "correct" picks are down to anything but luck. You accept it on faith.
ok... well like I said I made money with his insight not saying I bet everything he says I just used him as a second opinion like I do you IB
His analysis can be good. But I stopped watching him awhile ago (I never did consistently). He can say some pretty outrageous things, and overall uses rather overly simplistic logic & analysis IMHO. So I'm basically agreeing with you. Dwyer can be either incredibly way off, or just lucky.
1.Gambeino- Funny as hell and predictions are usually on point. I think he has on got two predictions wrong since he has been on Youtube. 2. Bigragu- Can be a little corny but I like his after thought videos. His predictions have been pretty good as well. 3. Blood Boxing- Blood can be a little hostile He knows the history of the sport though. I haven't seen any channels on Youtube that know more about the history of boxing than Blood. 4. Dwyer- He can win you some money but he can also be way off on his predictions. For example Marg vs Pacquiao. I like that he gives great analysis for every prediction. He might be way off but he will give valid reasons of why he feels that way. 5. JessiJackalope- This woman knows boxing. She knows more about boxing than alot of people on this site (no disrespect :good) Not to many people talk about her channel. From most of the videos i've seen, she hasn't got a prediction wrong yet. She is also cute. Definitely one of the best boxing channels on Youtube.
That's not entirely correct. Dwyer didn't predict Mosley (or Margarito) winning vs Pacquiao, he said they were live opponents, undervalued by the odds posted. In both cases, he had the over straddle, leaving room for Pacquiao winning DEC/late KO. I'd say that's savy play. He's gone around the bad odds for Pacquiao with the over while also having exposure to juicy odds for what he considered for live opponents. Dwyer also, didn't really say James Toney beats Wlad. He said that stylistically, Wlad is an easier opponent than Lebedev. (which very well might be the case) He suggested Toney'd have a good chance versus the lesser bigger man, like Grant and McBride.
:good Some guys are fans and some guys are gamblers.... ask some of the the so call youtube boxing analyst who are now betting a lot of $$$ since they watch his vids and made up their own mind.....
I don't know if he qualifies as a real analyst. Although he does have pretty good boxing knowledge he doesn't seem like a hardcore fan. He'll only do predictions and afterthoughts for a few select fighters and they are few and far in between. Out of all boxing fans on YouTube, Gambeino does have the best personality though. The guy is a riot. Never a dull moment around that cat.
