What are the officials doing. You would think they look out for these things

If it's illegal then he's guilty. No arguments there. However...if you let him get away with it then...you're a moron. Sorry. Every pro trainer should be aware of hand-wrapping rules. Robert Garcia gets a pass because he at least spoke up about it. I don't remember how they settled things but these types of incidents shouldn't be taken lightly when you're in the biggest event/fight of your life. If I'm a trainer and I'm there watching Pac wrap his hands like that, there's no way I'd shrug it off or keep quiet about it.

 

Manny uses Plaster of Paris.

Most of these officials are stooges who would allow a corner to inject their guy with PEDs right during the wrapping session if the other corner wasn't in the room.

The trainer needs to be the one watching. Luckily for Floyd he has the guy who teaches all the other trainers how to wrap in his corner. So any funny business isn't going to go very far.

 

Pac always finds a way to cheat.

Pac uses steroids, has fixed fights, fights dirty.

 

Manny definately used illegal plaster of paris inserts when he fought Margarito in a FIXED FIGHT.

when Pac fought Margarito, Pac used illegal plaster inserts (plaster of paris inserts), and Robert Garcia caught him and told the Texas commission to have them re-wrapped, but the Texas officicials said "NO", and that the fight will go on without Pac having to re-wrap because the fight is near close.

Thats why Margarito drank that powdered liquid in front of Roach, cause he was countering mind games and trying to get the fight cancelled, cause Team Pac was not going to re-wrap Pac's hands.

(and to add insult to injury, the fight was FIXED, where Margarito agreed to be a "punching bag" for Pac, in exchange for getting re-licensed.)

Thats why there was a mini-concert before the fight, cause this was planned out in advance by DelaHoya, cause Delahoay was getting back at Margarito for Margarito trying to use plaster inserts against DelaHoya's friend and business partner (Mosley), cause Mosley was on epo, and Margarito was justv trying to "level out the playing field" against a "juiced up" Mosley that night.

and this is why Margarito has eye problems now, and cant get licensed properly, cause he has a detached retina, due to Pac's illegal wraps, having being instigated by Delahoya and ignored by Arum.

 

roach talked about this before and said he knows all the tricks that get used and said he will always win if he gets confronted by opponent trainer on the matter of hand wraps

think it was before the mosley fight aswell

wonder if naazim had anything to say about it, as he usually wont leave their changing room unless he's satisfied

 

If garcia complained did they make him rewrap. If not what was the reason. I remember garcia saying something when they called out tony on drinking some substance
