... well is he? He certainly is better than Cortez, 100x's better than Nady and 1000x's better than Richard Steele and Arthur Mercante.

Should he get all super-fights from hereonin?

    Bayless should referee every fight.

If Pacman vs. Mayweather were to ever come off, this is the man that needs to be the third man in the ring! No question about it...

Yup. Smoger is a very good ref in my books. Tony Weeks is the weaker of the three most def...

His being wrong is rare but he'll say flat out that he was. Compared to Cortez who is wrong constantly and only shits out of his mouth when questioned about it.

I think Weeks generally does an ok job, except for 1 particular fight which was Hopkins - Echols, it turned very dirty very fast and I think he didn't know what to do

Bayless is definitely impartial. I never saw any bias from him, and when he made that bad call against Pacquiao in the Mosley fight he went and apologized. All class!

He gives fighters a chance. Makes sure everybody hears him. Takes control.
    He is perfect.

Lost a bit of respect for Smoger when he looked scared to wave the Roy jones/Lebedev fight off. He didn't want to get in the way of an incoming Lebedev shot. Bayless would have been hugging and waving well before that horrible last shot.

Bayless, Smoger and Weeks are all brilliant refs.

If I was a fighter and was given Cortez as ref, I wouldn't be happy at-all.
Not a big Lawrence Cole fan either, Ian John Lewis is 50-50 IMO.

Tony Weeks and Kenny Bayless are both top notch.

Tony Weeks job in the Corrales - Castillo fight cemented him for me.
