What the hell, might as well make the comparison.

To be fair to McNeeley, he was getting into it with Tyson, making a better effort than Bruno and Seldon would do the following year.
He was getting into it until his cornermen got all silly with throwing the towel in.

Dempsey's remains of probably just bones and sinew defeated the bloated ex-crakfiend and Pizza Hut pitchman.

    Dempsey's remains by TKO!

Dempsey did a cool cat food commercial back in the early 1970's. I forget exactly what company it was. He says in it that he always liked cats more than dogs and this cat food had the most nutrition and so forth. Dempsey was a spectacular fighter. Gotta love the man.

McNeeley had the power of a large man, but was way too slow and his huge body would be a target as delicious as a slice of pizza for the salivating Mauler.

    McNeeley loses.

McNeeley was an all time great fighter in my professional opinion as an ESB poster.

I think Demspey would win the fight in roudn one or two. This is a mis-match, that doesn't belong in the classic section unless the topic is, " Who could knock out Peter McNeely the fastest "

I know Dempsey was buried, but I recall back in 1901, when they moved the corpse of Abe Lincoln, they opend the coffen, to see if it was still there. Amazing the body was almost completely intact, and any school boy should have been able to tell that was Lincoln, The face was a bit chuky, and his mole was still there.

I expect Dempsey's body to look about the same way as Lincoln did in the early 1900's when they repoen the coffin.
