Nope. Your opinion on Pacquiao-Marquez III and your smug attitude about it tell me all that needs knowing, though.

Im a fan of both pac and jmm but pac saying this and he won clearly is complete bull ****. Jmm laid out the blue print to school pac this is not a back yard fight its boxing and marquez schooled pac Nov 12. Marquez can not trade with pac but he can box the **** out of him. I feel marquez won and now *******s are crying because marquez didn't stand infront of pac like all his other opponents. As much as.I dislike Floyd as a person I'm a fan of his in the ring he perfect the art of boxing and will make pac look horrible if they did clash and would be a disgrace if they gave pac the win just because he throws more

What pathetic ******* **** is this, really? How was Juan running away when everytime Manny threw punches and came forward missing most of them Juan countered with cleaner shots and landed most? Fine if you think Pacman won, but you must be severely ******ed if you think Marquez was running away. Wtf?:rofl:rofl

What Manny can take from this fight and future fights are that his opponents are going to be on the back foot more so than ever. They are going to be in reverse gear and looking to counter rather than take the fight to him. Looks to me like 70% or more of his fights are going to be this way. I re-watched the second fight with Marquez and he stood his ground much more than this fight. What that means to fans are that the fights will be more of a chess match and we really can't expect him to provide as exciting fights. There is nothing wrong with what Manny said.

Maybe runnng has too strong a connotation. Lemme sugarcoat it for you then,---what JMM did for the majority of the fight was fight negative and be on his backfoot without throwing...especially in the championship rounds. JMM averaged around 30 punches a round...that is low to begin with, but he prolly averaged significantly less than that those last 3 rounds.

I had 118-112 Marquez, however, I think Pacquiao is taking a lot of undeserved criticism.

Marquez has said a lot of things about Pacquiao what with their other fights being close and I dont see how anyone would expect Manny to come out and say he thought he lost or anything else along those lines.

    What criticism? :huh

I haven't got a bad thing to say about Manny himself or his performance - just the judges and media shills who scored it for him and the pathetic fans who defend it/him with blind loyalty at the expense of any and all credibility.

I thought it was a fun tactical bout and think anyone who would slag off either guy for not "going all out to brawl" in the later rounds needs a slap upside the head. Pac landed some vicious straight lefts; Marquez landed some vicious straight rights. Through thirty six rounds the pair have given us plenty of thrills. So they slowed their pace a bit down the stretch? So ****ing what? They're old. Besides, boxing cautiously is an intelligent strategy that true fans of the sweet science can appreciate.

There was plenty to like about Pacquiao's performance. His right jab in the early rounds was a revelation. He's almost never used it that well. Roach must have been beaming with pride. He also dug well to the body throughout the evening. To say nothing of the ATG chin he showed. Some of those rights Marquez landed on the button would have knocked out 99.99% of pros from 147 on down.

No criticism of Pac here. He gave the best performance he's still capable of, against a style that's always troubled him. No criticism of him whatsoever. Just the decision...and the idiots who back it.

Fight negative? WTH are you talking about? Just because your coming forward and swatting at the air missing most of your punches shouldnt make you the winner. I gave the last round to Manny no arguing there, but what does it matter if anyone is fighting off the backfoot, leadfoot, or fighting squared as long as their punches are landing? Use some common sense ffs.
