Think it's just the general sports attitude, especially with Brits, to support their own country. In the same way as when the rugby world cup was on, I was down the pub watching England despite having no interest in egg chasing.

I get what you mean though when they act like they know a thing about boxing in general.

 

Did anyone on here go to the berrara fight in Manchester?
i have a few friends who went to the berrara fight at the MEN about 2 years ago, and they remember hearing allot of racial slurs being chanted by the young pak-istani attendance. But apparently allot of white english kids were kicking off also, but they were right in the middle of the asian crowd and caught allot of **** by the young pak istani hoodlums.

Secondly i heard the same myself, i heard some guy went sliding down the stairs. Some white lad was getting battered by a few asian lads for no apparent reason and a black lad jumped in and helped the lad out by smacking a few around.

From what i hear every Khan fight night goes off over here anyways..

 

I don't like Khan just because his style isn't for me. He's been on a good run, him getting sparked would make some people less hassle to deal with.

All-in-all, while I respect Amirs heart and appreciate how fast he is, he doesn't appeal to me. Good fighter, some gold attributes, but more flash than substance and seems a bit of a nobhead.

He's getting better though; looked good in the Judah fight.

I think it just reflects on the brown and white tension in this country.... There's also a clear tension between Irish/gypsy's and whites too i.e. Fury fights.

theres tension in any country at most sports events or anywhere where there are big contingents of males,its human nature,always has been always will be,humans like fighting.
