Your heavyweight pick ruins this thread. A poor choice. Rocky did not have slow hands.

I am a big Marciano fan, but also critical of his flaws/resume. He by no means had slow handspeed. Lora needs to take off his homer glasses.

 

Rocky was quick but Welliver was quicker.

Random fighters not by weight

McCallum - for his talents not the quickest, great timing
Hopkins - not slow, but beat quicker fighters than himself 1 way or another, by hook or crook
Marquez - quick, but great at neutralising speed, hence getting a vote
Arguello - great timing, accuracy, blending tactical defence and offence
Monzon - been mentioned
Vitali - pretty slow really, isn't he, partly his size, timing, positioning and stamina make it irrelevant
Marciano - not that slow, but great timing, great punch picking, neutralising quicker fighters
Lamotta - not too slow but not quick, good at neutralising speed, partly with pressure and his crouch
Basilio - he wasn't quick was he?

I'm sure there's more, but that's off the top of my head

 

If Arguello gets a mention then so does Zarate.

Hill at lhw might be the slowest of the elites. Les is a good shout but bare in mind his title run was a joke.
