I can appreciate the sarcasm. But, he didn't have an off night. Yes...Marquez has his number. After three fights, it's irrefutable. Manny has technical flaws in his game that better technical fighters can exploit. That is all.
Tony, I am a Pacfan not a ****. I hope your sarcastic post is an indication that you might be starting to comeback to reality. I knew Pac was special the first time i saw him and saw him rise threw the ranks like a true great. Its unfortunate that Hardcore *******s tend to have limited knowledge of the sport and actually belittle his accomplishments with their lofty proclamations. By claiming he is the GOAT they invoke a harsh reaction from those in the know which tend to have a viscous response. I hate to see one of my fovourite fighters name run threw the ringer because people hate tards and all of their BS.
Jasper, in all seriousness, you are obviously a very serious young man, who takes very serious matters very seriously. And your calm and calculated, dare I say, measured admiration of the Philipino pugilist is to be seriously lauded. But I can assure you that mrtony is a man of great depth and insight in all matters, including the manly art, the sweet science. So it would behoove you to seriously consider his very serious outpourings in this, his very own thread. Whan a serious poster of mrtonys seriousness decides to not just post, but create a thread right from scratch, you can believe that it's serious. As serious as an erection problem ! And I for one would never seriously consider seriously questioning the seriousness of such serious insights. Just sayin'
bull**** thread. pacquiao had problems with the same fighter he had problems before. it's no secret. try putting everything in retrospect. how many of you here gave him a chance against barrera, hatton, cotto, dlh, margarito?
I'm afraid you're somewhat out of your depth here, punchy. Things will all be explained to you in the fullness of time. Patience.
LOL, this is some seriously funny stuff. My thoughts on Pac are not measured it is realistic. I have been around a long time, and every time one of my favourite fighters (or player in other sports) have a great run does not necessarily make them the best of all time or even the best of the era. It only means they had a great run . . . only time will tell how the stack up to the greats of the past.
