Someone posted a Froch quote today "Bute is out of the equation, really" it sounds like he's setting up to duck Bute just like Ward.

 

I agree very much that Ward's, fan friendly style of clinching alot and ramming other fighters with his head is great for boxing.

He proabably could fill an entire high school gym in Oakland if needed.

Seriously, Ward's got some talent, maybe the best in the division.. But I never liked Hopkins style, and Ward has the same.

This post is to remind me to watch Bute-Berrio when I'll have the time. I haven't watched this fight in a whiiile and if I remember, it was a pretty good fight!

This was one of the worst roberies I have seen. Hope this time Jo JO will hit the body more often and stop him late in the fight. This is my prediction

Ps: Jo-Jo Dan is getting 35% of the purse, Aydin earning 65%.

 

I thought he was getting 35% only if it went to purse bid, and since there was no purse bid, the split is 60-40 for Aydin and the fight being in Turkey?

 

Yeah well, it was indeed as good as I remembered! Bute ate a lot of right hands in the face, especially on his right eye and a few on the chin. I guess he was tested alright in this fight. We can say he worked for his belt!
