Listen, cockface, it’s a **** card. Just because it’s international doesn’t improve the quality of what’s on offer. Who wants to watch some mongy ginger kid batter a whiny Puerto Rican around the ring? It sounds **** and it will be ****.

Alvarez is a WORLD CLASS FIGHTER
Cintron whilst maybe past his best has always been exciting too watch
You also have a very decent undercard with some cracking unbeaten talent on it. Add to fact it's a double header featuring very talented Adrian Broner are you taking the **** ? Why wouldn't anyone enjoy watching it.

Give up trolling, you watch ****ing prizefighter and the **** uk cards, you complaining about this.

  4. I'm a virgin customer and I keep tweeting them to ask when boxnation is coming to them. They keep saying an announcement will be made "soon" sky customers have benefitted from a free period which I will not when it does come on.
I blame wazza for this. Why was it not sorted at the time of the launch? As regards what fights are shown and whether anyone wants alvarez v cintron....stfu! At least you've ****ing got it on sky. One minute there's not enough boxing on it, the next you get ****s wanting to be ****ing choosy. Again stfu and be happy the option is there!

Yeah, the casual market will be HORRIFIED when they find out some unknown ginger Mexican and a hilariously weird Puerto Rican aren’t being shown in the UK!

I never watch Prizefighter – I’ve never seen a single moment of that godawful freakshow. Go **** yourself with the trolling accusations – unlike you I can take a balanced view of what’s in front of my eyes.

Alvarez is NOT a star. He’s a prospect at best. I’m not interested in the casual market, but as a hardcore fan I have no interest in Alvarez beyond curiosity to how he develops. And certainly not a fight against someone as unreliable as Cintron!

It will cost exactly the same per month whether they show it or not. So they should show it. Yes Kermit is another hand-picked fight that Alvarez should win without any worries, but it'll still be entertaining. It'll also be a good look at a kid who, whether you like it or not, will be one of the most heavily promoted fighters for years to come.

Some unknown ginger you say? He's fast becoming one of the most famous boxers in the world - the Latino viewing numbers he attracts alone are astronomical. Whether Kermit is past his best (I personally see him as a glorified punching bag for this one) the fight is of real importance.

I wanna ****ing see it anyway. The weird-looking ginger Mexican kid can hit.

If you had the option why wouldnt you want to see Alvarez Cintron, apart from winding up our friend Gary?

Its not going to shake up boxing, but its watchable

Would rather have the option to watch it than not have it. Simple.

My point, which somehow is getting missed, is that it’s not exactly a big deal. It’s not a tip-top fight like Cotto-Margarito II. It’s a prospect with another hand-picked guy who will give him no real trouble before collapsing spectacularly. Because that’s what Cintron does.

To say that Box Nation is a complete disgrace for not showing it just seems a little over the top for such an unremarkable fight. I’m not saying they SHOULDN’T show it, I’m saying it doesn’t really matter to me.

  13. When Alvarez bangs him out in a couple of rounds the same people that were demanding it be shown are calling it a waste of money and a night of their life they'll never get back.

This isn't going to influence whether or not I part with my tenner a month.

If they can get the fight, I'd like to watch it. It would be a minor shame to miss it here in the UK, but one I'd get over in a heartbeat. This is because Alvarez will fight again in 3 months, and probably against a better opponent than Kermit.
