I read alot about how successful Tim bradley's vegan diet is going into fights but does anybody know he he secures his protein intake?

Given he's an athlete no doubt he requires large amounts of protein but's it's well know that vegan food lacks alot of the key proteins necesarry for the human body.

Any ideas? Have anyone read any interviews with him that explain it?

Why don't you call his gym and pretend to be a journalist from some vegan/vegetarian sports publication?

He also puts his hands on his head and gyrates his hips to avoid losing protein after consumption.

    Beans, Nuts.

    Protein shakes.
The amount of supplements out there now means that you dont have to miss out by not eating animal products.

Vegans can't have milk. Probably nuts & beans as people say but they contain excessive amounts of Carbohydrates - good for energy bad for physique.
