How many times Manny fought catch weight fights and who demanded for them? Roach reminds me the name of a domestic bug.

Aww...look at the crybabies, mad at what Roach said. I guess you guys think it's Roach who chooses the weights? He picks the opponent too? The date even?

He's the trainer. that's what he does. Maybe you guys should learn a thing or two about HOW to direct your anger to the right sources.

:huh Really? it was Roach who demanded the catchweight for all his fights? Arum had nothing to do with them?

I thought 145 was the limit for that one.

    Thanx.

To be fair he's only had two catch-weights with Pacquiao. They were calling him the catch-weight king before he even fought Cotto at his first actual catch-weight.

The bit about the title was hilarious though. Come on Freddy.

It was if you prefer to go by wikipedia's editable content. But every single report from a news outlet stated 147.

Was it not Roach who told Mosley he'd have to come down to 142 for a Pacquiao fight? Before Mosley looked like crap against Mayweather and Mora, that is...

Roach should shut his yap and get Chavez Jr in the ring with Martinez, but we all know that won't happen while Martinez looks even half alive.

Not doubting you, it's just that I remember some article on Pac wanting to back out of the fight at the last moment because they could not agree on weight and purse split!

He has still been one of the people vocally demanding catchweight fights in the Pacquiao camp, even if he doesn't have ultimate discretion over the matter. Even if this can all be justified by his wanting to give his fighters the best situation, this kind of flagrant and public contradiction can only make him come across as a jackass.
