Miguel Cotto Media Day Workout Videos

Good looking out. A little something I did notice was that Miguel's right hand looks better now, more so than when he was training with Steward. It's snappier, more crisp.

he's still susceptible to the uppercut I see.... I think his trainer should be mixing those in with the body shots he's throwing. Cotto still bends forward and looks down too much. When the trainer is following him around like that he shouldn't be looking down. He should learn to move without having to do that. Just my 2 cents. I hope he kicks Margo's ass though. Can't wait to watch this fight.

 

I noticed in some instances he was throwing the left hook with the palm facing down. He has never done that before if im not mistaken.

 

His training intensity is a bit ****, although he speeds up towards the end

 

**** that. He needs to be focused on performing knee bends since he's gonna find another soft spot on the canvas.

Also, he looks slow as molasses on the mitts and bag. Margaritoe is going to make KNEEguel look like the Elephant Man once again.

Both Foremen (knee) and Mayorga (hand) suffered injuries in their respective bouts. Even then KNEEguel couldn't ko them in brutal fashion. :rofl

I'll give you the knee, but the hand of Mayorga. Nah, total bull, the left hook hit him so hard he froze. The replays don't show a damn thing, from any angle. As for the knee, wouldn't have changed the outcome anyway, foreman was outclassed.
