Props to Ariza for speaking his mind, i agree he got wayyy too much heat for his work on Mannys cut...He did a damm good job of it as well. Obviously is a really good strength and conditioning coach you just need to look at his work with Manny, Khan and Julio to know that. That's a bit unprofessional. If a man is good at his job, he should be allowed to do it without any inteference. I genuinely think Ariza cares a lot for his fighters; and therefore is always ready to speak his mind and stick up for them. He went through the same thing with Khan. Sure, he speaks a lot of **** on their management and stuff, but I've never heard him say anything bad about the fighters themselves.
