George Foreman is one of my fav boxers of all time and his greatest fights where against Ali,Moorer,Frazier and Lyle but im asking what are you favourite fights not greatest.

So what are your 3 favourite George Foreman fights and why?

    mine are:

    1. Vs Evander Holyfield: A classic battle between two great heavyweight champions these iron chinned warriors rocked each other throughout the fight. Also Evander was 208 pounds while George was 257!

    2. Vs Alex Stewart: A good 10 round slugfest they both batterd each other but Foreman eged the fight with 2 knockdowns Foreman was looking like an alien after the fight due to the swelling!

3: Vs Jose Roman: Domination by Foreman with a brutal ending uppercut

    Frazier, Lyle and Cooney.

His fight with Holyfield was good too.

    I concur.

Frazier I, Holyfield are probably 4th and 5th respectively for me.

    Foreman was just a one-of-a-kind all-time Beast.

OK it sucked, but I was lucky enough to see it, so Foreman/Anderson.

After that, just the mere Rumble in the Jungle, and I would take Foreman/Moorer over Foreman/Lyle, Foreman/Stewart or the two Frazier bouts...

Foreman/Norton: George destroyed top contender Norton in two brutal rounds. That was a swift, efficient execution of a guy who had just given the great Ali 24 tough rounds.

Foreman/Lyle: Epic slugfest. Foreman was lucky to get the win; change one or two punches and Lyle could have won. Lyle actually impressed me more than George; Lyle seemed like the stronger fighter. But the fight itself was legendary!

Foreman/Frazier 1: Anyone who knocks down Joe Frazier 6 times is a beast! This fight was spectacular; nobody thought the fight would play out like it did.

Depends which Foreman we're talking about. Parrot or no parrot?

This parrot is no more! He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! 'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed 'im to the perch 'e'd be pushing up the daisies! 'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'E's off the twig! 'E's kicked the bucket, 'e's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!! THIS IS AN EX-PARROT!!

Frazier: for sheer domination of an ATG

Lyle: for showing courage and resilence against a prime hitter

    Moorer: just because emotional value

    Norton
    Frazier
    Cooney

Short, compact 2 round fights that left no question of the winner. The Boone Kirkman fight was a brutal showing also.

Frazier, such a brutal beatdown Joe still got up everytime. Some of those shots
sent frazier flying. Lyle best staredown ever? I agree best slugfest. Foreman gets
rocked at the end of the first then comes off the canvas to win. Cooney George
gets rocked in the first, then destroys Cooney even knocking him down with a jab
after a barage of other punches. That final uppercut was vicious

Frazier, Norton, Lyle. I don't see how anyone could mention the 1990s Foreman(other than the holyfield fight)...that foreman was so diminished he couldn't even beat alex stewart or axel shulz
