By Super Stars I'm referring to fighters who will draw crowds and who will sit somewhere near the top of the P4P rankings. In about five years, it is hard to imagine that names like Mayweather Jr., Pacquiao, and Cotto will still be around or at least at the same level they are today.

Who do you think will take their place?

Alvarez, Khan and Ward are the obvious choices.

I have more confidence in Alvarez, though. He's a decent all-round prospect with a very exciting style and a loyal fan-base to boot.

Khan, despite being extremely talented, is still vulnerable. His superstar status depends on how much credibility/popularity he can retain if and when he loses next. Not to mention, he's British and a Muslim. Not quite the ingredients that'll make the American public adhere to you.

And Ward, whilst he will remain undefeated for a very long time, doesn't quite have the fighting style required to attract casual/non-boxing fans. Taking the Mayweather route - drawing attention by playing the bad guy - is very unlikely, since he's not a dickhead. But who knows. Maybe there's a market for a genuine, well-mannered fighter. He's obviously going to have a long, successful career picking up numerous accolades on the way. With the right promoter - like a Bob Arum - he'd be transformed into a media darling in no time. That may be enough to become a cross-over star.

Donaire, Gamboa, Khan, Canelo the last 2 have more time to get seasoned

Proksa looks good, but he's gonna need some high profile fights since few know him and he's already 27

Canelo has the most cross over potential.

Ward has the most HOF qualities.

I think Jose Benavidez is going to be one of the biggest names in boxing in the next decade or so. The kid's got everything. He's intelligent, tall for his weight, great reach, very fast hands, power in both hands. Chin still needs to be tested, but from the looks of things, he's gonna be huge.
